To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Order Information: Share your order number and reason for return.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping Costs:

    Damaged or Defective Items: We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
    Customer’s Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges
